The aim of this study was to determine the level prenatal attachment and related factors in adolescent pregnant women.
 is cross-sectional descriptive type. sample consisted 34 women who applied obstetrics outpatient clinics a Training Research Hospital. data were collected between June 2018-June 2019. 
 Personal Information Form using Prenatal Attachment Inventory (PAI), Marriage Life Scale (MLS) Health Practices Pregnancy (HPPS).
 mean scores obtained from scales are PAI 38.38±11.47; MLS 32.74±8.16 HPPS 94.93±10.87. A significant negative correlation found score, positive strong relationship score mean.
 While pregnants below average level, above average. be low those secondary school graduates, married for 2 years, whose first pregnancy gender baby male, evaluated with their husband at moderate level. increases as satisfaction marriage increases, while decreases health practices during increase. Midwives should especially evaluate pregnants, perform applications increase attachment.
